Meetings & Recording

How meeting recording works

Your first booked call is where Newgensales earns its keep. Here is exactly what happens, start to finish.

When you book

The call is created on the platform you chose under Account > Profile > Meeting Platform — Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a link you paste — and the event, the link and the invite land in your connected calendar. The notetaker takes it from your calendar: any meeting there with a video link is on its list. The one thing to install is the Stealth Terminal, if you want live coaching during the call.

At start time

The notetaker joins as a visible participant named Newgensales Assistant and transcribes the conversation live, per speaker. That live transcript is also what powers the coaching in your Stealth Terminal — the same words, read in the moment. When the room empties, it leaves on its own. If it ever fails to join, you get a notification within minutes, not after the call.

When you hang up

The call appears on the Meetings page, analyzed: Participants with the talk metrics, Meeting Summary, Meeting History with this lead, the Transcript, and every Coaching Moment that fired. The Meetings list shows the stage each call was in and any move it caused. The deal's stage and intelligence are updated on the lead's profile. Upcoming calls stay on Calendar; calls that happened live in Meetings.

Which platforms, and how the app picks one — that's next.
