Leads & Pipeline

Lead capture forms

Capture links let leads walk into your pipeline on their own. There are two kinds: an Organization Link for the business, and a personal link for each rep.

  1. On the Leads page, open Capture Links (reps: Get My Link). Your links are created the first time you open it — copy the one you need.
  2. Share it anywhere your buyers are — your website, a bio, outreach, campaigns. The form asks for name, email and company, plus optional phone, team size, what they are hoping to solve, and anything else. What they type shows on the lead, under What they're hoping to solve.
  3. Personal-link submissions are assigned to that rep, who is notified immediately. Organization-link submissions land on the Lead Pool page, where a rep claims them — or a manager assigns from the lead's profile.

A repeat submission from the same email never makes a second lead; the open one stays as it is, and a time they pick is attached. The words on the public page — headline, intro, bullets, thank-you — are yours to edit under Setup > Lead capture page.

Or let them book a time directly

When your calendar is connected with write access, the same link grows a second step: pick a time. The times offered are inside your booking hours — Team booking hours under Setup, My booking hours on your Profile — clear of your real calendar, and re-checked the moment they submit, so the same slot can never go twice. Picking one creates the meeting, the video link and the invite. The Organization Link works the same way and offers a time whenever any eligible rep is free; that pick lands in the Lead Pool with the time attached, the card tells each rep whether they are free then, and claiming books it.

From the moment a lead is in, the whole machine kicks in on their first call. What moves them forward from there — stages — is the last piece of the pipeline story.
