Live Coaching & Replay

Real-time coaching during calls

While you sell, the live transcript feeds a coach as well as a notetaker. The coach walks in knowing the deal: who's who, what is confirmed with quotes and what is still open, past calls, your products. Which coach you get depends on the deal's stage: Discovery & Qualification calls dig for the pain, the numbers and the names; Demo & Proposal calls tie what you show to that pain and get the buyer in the room; Negotiation & Verbal commit calls lock terms and protect the yes. What matters early (keep them talking) is the opposite of what matters at the close.

Anatomy of a whisper

Three parts. A named trigger — the pattern the coach matched, like LISTEN (you've taken over the conversation) or CONFIRM (pin down what they left vague). The line itself — one direct instruction for this moment. And when a question is the right move, a Say this line with the exact words. When the right move is to stop talking, there is no question — by design.

Timing is the point

The coach reads the last six turns, lets the conversation build for four, then fires as you hand the floor back — so the line lands while the prospect is talking and you have a beat to read it. And it is invisible to the prospect: coaching exists only in your Stealth Terminal, never in the meeting itself.

The checklist

Each coach has a checklist of what it must hear before it moves on. The presets are the fundamentals of any sale: Discovery & Qualification wants the pain named and put in numbers, budget confirmed, decision-maker known, timeline set; Demo & Proposal wants the demo tied to their pain, decision criteria, the economic buyer, pricing presented, no open objections; Negotiation & Verbal commit wants terms agreed, the signer and date named, no open objections. Items proven on earlier calls start ticked. When the prospect says it, the item ticks with the quote attached, and the Coaching section of the deal drawer reads Discovery & Qualification · 3/5. The next tip steers toward the unticked item the conversation is closest to. Missed one? Tap it to tick it by hand, with the quote if you want; tap a wrong one to clear it. When all are ticked the coach moves to the next phase by itself, or waits for you to switch — your choice under Account → Profile → Preferences — and you can switch phase by hand at any time. The checklist never moves the deal's stage during a call; that happens after. The account owner edits the lists under Admin → Setup: rename, reorder, remove, add an item with a note on what counts.

The coaching lives in the Stealth Terminal — here's that app.
