Your data: export, privacy, deletion

Export

Export data sends a download link to your email. You pick what it covers; conversations can be limited to a date range. The link expires in 24 hours.

Your switches

Visible to managers lets Managers and Execs review your calls, transcripts and coaching. Share on leaderboard puts you on team leaderboards. Off, you are not ranked and do not see your own rank. Help improve Newgensales allows your calls and coaching to be used to improve the coaching models. Product analytics allows anonymous usage analytics. Marketing emails covers product updates and tips. Account and security emails are always sent. An Exec also has Show Forecasting and Intelligence to managers. Off keeps both pages with Execs. A manager's own forecast is not affected.

How your data is used

Newgensales does not sell your data to third parties. We may analyse aggregated, anonymised data to understand how teams use the product. The full Privacy Policy is linked on the same page.

Deleting your account

Delete Account is on Account > Billing, once a cancel is scheduled. It starts a 30-day grace period. Export first, and you can undo the deletion during those 30 days. See Canceling your subscription.
