Leads & Pipeline

Managing your leads

The Leads page is your working list: your own leads plus the unclaimed ones in the pool — Managers and Execs see everyone's. Each row shows the deal's stage and Last activity, the days since the last call. Search by name, company or email, filter by Stage or Source, and press Pipeline to see the same deals grouped by stage with a running value per stage. Leads arrive four ways: Add Lead, a capture link, a call the notetaker recorded, or a CRM import — New Contact in Messages adds one too.

The lead profile

Open any lead and the whole relationship is on one page. Lead Profile holds the contact, the Deal Stage bar and the Deal Details — amount, win probability, expected close, product. Last contact turns yellow after 7 days and red after 14, and the deal shows its days in stage and how often the close date has slipped. Meeting History lists every call, each one click from its page. Deal Intelligence is built from what was actually said, with the quotes attached: Qualification, Stakeholders, Signals, Objections, Pain Points, Competitive. Every tile is editable — confirm a budget the AI didn't catch, add a stakeholder, log a competitor — and what you enter by hand survives the next call's extraction.

Everything connects

Deal Story writes the narrative of the whole relationship on demand. Download exports the intelligence as Markdown or PDF. Contact Lead opens their message thread. The Activity Timeline shows every stage move and who made it — the AI after a call, a hand, or your CRM. Their outcome lands in your win/loss reports. Or put your pipeline's front door out in the world and let leads add themselves — that's next.
