Meetings & Recording
Meeting analysis and coaching
Every recorded call is analyzed automatically — no buttons, no "generate" step, no waiting on you. Five things come out of it:
The Meeting Summary
A written summary of the call — what was discussed, what was decided, how it went — on the meeting's page. You see your own calls; managers see the team's, unless a rep has turned off Visible to managers under Account > Privacy.
The conversation metrics
Talk ratio — how much you spoke versus the prospect; the healthy band is 35–50%: below it you are not steering, above it you are not listening — plus conversation quality, turns per call and interruption rate. On a team, the Conversation Intelligence card on the manager's dashboard tracks the averages.
The stage
When the call proves the deal progressed — a demo happened, pricing was discussed, a commitment was made — the deal's stage moves forward, never backward — or is suggested for your OK — and a summary of where the deal now stands is written to the lead's profile. Your pipeline reflects the calls, not your memory.
The deal intelligence
On the lead's profile the AI keeps a living read of the relationship built from every call: BANT qualification with the exact quotes that confirmed each piece, pain points, objections, the stakeholders and competitors that came up, and the next step that was agreed — 36 structured signals in all. It is editable too: add what the calls didn't capture and it sticks through the next call's extraction.
The win/loss report
When a deal closes and has at least one recorded call, the AI reads every call on it and writes the verdict under Intelligence: stated reason, root cause, the moment it turned, with quotes.
Open any meeting from the Meetings page for the full breakdown, or replay it moment by moment. The next collection is the live side: coaching during the call, the Stealth Terminal, and the manager's view of the floor.
