Plans and what they cost

Newgensales has three plans. You choose monthly or annual at signup. There is no free trial. The 30-day guarantee covers your first month instead.

The plans

Individual is €129 a month or €1,250 a year. One seat, up to 50 meetings a month. You get one warning at 45. At 50 the notetaker stops joining until the new month starts. Individual Unlimited is €179 a month or €1,500 a year. The same plan with no meeting cap. When you use most of your 50, your Billing page offers the switch. Team is €179 a month or €1,500 a year per live seat, 2 seats minimum, no meeting cap. Team adds the manager side: Command Tower, coaching your reps mid-call, team dashboards and forecasts.

Who takes a seat

A Sales Seat is anyone whose customer calls the notetaker joins. People without one are free. You turn it on or off for each person when you add them, and for yourself at signup. Any role can hold one. Taking a Sales Seat away stops the notetaker joining that person's calls. Their role, login and pages stay. Seats are paused, added and reduced from Manage seats. Where billing lives

Account > Billing shows your plan, seats, payment method and invoices. Only the account owner can open it: the Exec, or you on an Individual plan. Manage Plan opens the Stripe portal. Your card details stay with Stripe. We never store them.

The guarantee

Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel in your first 30 days and we refund your payment minus our raw costs: card processing and the calls you ran. Email support@newgensales.ai and we handle it.
