Replaying past calls

Replay is the film room. Reps replay their own calls; managers can open any call on the team, unless a rep has turned off Visible to managers under Account > Privacy. It lives in two places — the Replay page in the web app and the Replay tab in the Stealth Terminal, with the same timeline in both. When you hang up, the terminal shows Call ended, then Summary ready with an Open replay button that takes you straight to the replay.

The timeline

One strip carries everything, synced to the call audio: the transcript; every coaching line — the AI's, and any your manager sent live — anchored to the moment it fired, so you can judge what the coach saw and whether it landed; and the team's comments, pinned to specific seconds instead of floating in a side channel. Scrub, change the playback speed, and toggle the coaching markers off when they are noise for this viewing.

Working a replay

Pause anywhere and hit Comment — your note is anchored to that timestamp, visible to everyone who can see the call, and color-coded by role. It works both ways: a manager coaches a rep's call, a rep flags a moment for the manager. My Notes, beside the player, is the opposite: private, per-call, autosaving — prep for the next touchpoint that stays yours.

Calls are half the story. The other half is who you're calling — leads, deals, and the pipeline they move through. That's the next collection.
